Pool area deck needed bug protection. Wanted covered outdoor space that could be used spring through fall without dealing with mosquitoes. Needed ceiling fans for airflow.

Built screened patio deck with full roof, custom wood plank ceiling, integrated ceiling fans and lighting. Pressure-treated floor with white lattice skirting. Full screen enclosure.
3The Result
18-day build including roof framing and electrical. Pool views maintained through screens. Ceiling fans keep it cool in summer.
